To obtain service on a plus audio product

The owner of the Plus Audio product should first contact the Plus Audio retailer that sold the Plus Audio product to inquire about warranty service. If the retailer does not provide service for Plus Audio products, please contact Plus Audio at support@plusaudio.com to obtain a Return Authorization. Plus Audio reserves the right to refuse or return any products delivered to Plus Audio without prior written authorization from Plus Audio. Do not send a Plus Audio product to Plus Audio prior to obtaining a Return Authorization. A Return Authorization from Plus Audio does not include the cost of shipping the Plus Audio product to Plus Audio.
 
The Return Authorization number should be included inside the carton. The Return Authorization number should also be marked on the return shipping label on the outside of the carton.

Shipment to Plus Audio

The Plus Audio product owner is responsible for shipping charges to Plus Audio using the shipping method of their choice. The Plus Audio system should be shipped to the Plus Audio address provided in the Return Authorization. Plus Audio is not responsible for physical damage sustained by a product in shipment back to Plus Audio, regardless of the nature of the Return Authorization. Plus Audio suggests using a shipper that provides you a tracking number.

Once the repair has been performed, Plus Audio will then ship the unit back to the customer with no charge for shipping. Plus Audio will only ship to once the repair has been performed.

This is the sole and express warranty. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, of merchantability, fitness for purpose or otherwise. In no event shall Plus Audio be liable for incidental or consequential damages or have any liability with respect to defects other than the obligations set forth as stated. Except as provided herein, Plus Audio shall have no liability or responsibility to the purchaser or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by use of the product, including, but not limited to, any incidental or consequential damages.

How to make a return

1. Get a Return Authorization

Please email us at info@plusaudio.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and your return/exchange shipping instructions.  In your email, please include your reason for wanting to exchange/return so we can assist you in the best way possible.

2. Pack your items carefully

To avoid any deductions from the refund, all returns must be in new condition and must include the original packing material, outer carton, any and all accessories which may include power cords, remote control, connecting cables, and instruction manuals

3. Attach Shipping Label

For most returns/exchanges you will receive a UPS or DHL shipping label via email.  After removing or marking out original packaging labels, print and securely tape your label to your return package.

4. Drop at your nearest UPS or DHL location

Refund Method

Refunds will generally appear within 1 to 2 billing statements.  Refunds must be issued on the same credit card, debit card, or other form of payment used in the original transaction.  Products returned without an authorization and RMA# will be refused.

Items must be new

Plus Audio may refuse customer return or charge a restocking fee when the return item is not “like-new” condition and/or properly packaged.  Other conditions that may result in a refusal or restocking fee include, but are not limited to:

  • A different serial number than the one Plus Audio originally shipped.
  • Missing parts or the original product packaging material

  • Damage because it was improperly packaged for return shipment

  • Damage from drops, spilled liquid, or mishandling.

How will I know if you’ve received my return?

We will email you confirming that the return was processed.  You can trace your package using the tracking number on the RMA return label provided to you.

How long does it take Plus Audio to process my return

After your product is received, we normally process your exchange or refund within two business days.
